Namaa Doha launches high-end villas project in Qatar

The Pearl currently has all 49 units up for sale through Namaa Doha approved real estate brokerage companies

Qatar-based Namaa Doha launched the Pearl, a high-end villas project, according to the media. It is situated within Giardino Village, on a tranquil enclave in close proximity to Pearl’s retail centres of Medina Centrale and Porto Arabia.

This property is expected to feature a variety of properties ranging from 470 to 2,427 square metre along with finished villas, villa plots and low-rise building plots with a ground floor and an additional three to five storeys. Upon the third-quarter completion in the coming year, the project will house 49 standalone villas with two levels. A basement and a penthouse along with a private pool and parking arena.

Abdulaziz Muhammed Hamad Al Mana, chief executive officer of Namaa Doha told the media, “We are proud to announce Namaa Doha Real Estate’s first foray into real estate with the flagship development of high-end villas at Giardino Village.” He also added that this project lines with the company’s belief in offering luxury projects in the local market that meet customers’ aspirations. He expressed that the location is a calm haven and these endeavours are boosted by positive trends that are projected across the local market, especially as the country is gearing up for the FIFA World Cup – 2022.

It is said that all 49 units are up for sale through company approved real estate brokerage companies. Even interested buyers can take advantage of bank financing options to reserve a unit.
