Motorola Solutions announced that its subsidiary, Motorola Solutions Canada Networks Inc., has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the land mobile radio networks services business from Bell Mobility, the wireless subsidiary of Bell Canada and BCE Inc., for CAD $675 million purchase price, subject to customary adjustments, plus a deferred net working capital settlement.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, following receipt of regulatory and third-party approvals and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
Bell and Motorola Solutions Canada have served customers with secure, resilient and highly reliable land mobile radio communications for more than 30 years. Bell will continue to work with Motorola Solutions Canada as an important service delivery partner for land mobile radio networks.

Meanwhile, in other news, Motorola announced the Australian launch of its most advanced and expansive portfolio of devices to date, strategically designed to meet evolving consumer needs.
The full lineup includes the Motorola Signature, Motorola Edge 70, Motorola Edge 70 Fusion, Moto g67, Moto Watch, Moto Pen Ultra, Moto Buds 2 Plus, Moto Buds 2 and Moto Buds Loop, combining exceptional photography standards and premium design, while further expanding Motorola’s ecosystem of smart devices and accessories.
