Insurance major Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has appointed Melanie Slack to lead its operations in the UK, Ireland, and EMEA wholesale. Ms Melanie Slack is currently serving as the head of the company’s Australia and New Zealand business and is expected to start the new role in May.
Ms Melanie Slack will move from Sydney to London for the new role, where she will handle managing the company’s performance, strategy and development in the UK and Ireland including the South African corporate insurance markets.

Ms Melanie Slack is considered as an experienced executive of the company with having experience for 20 years. She has an overall experience of 30 years in the international insurance segment. Ms Melanie Slack has served in senior management positions in underwriting, internal audit, and public-private partnerships and has worked in economies such as the US, the UK, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong and Switzerland.
