This partnership is expected to address the rising service charges in the UAE property market for property owners

Gain, a UAE-based private community concierge app recently announced to the media the signing of 11 partnerships with home and business providers. This partnership is expected to address the rising service charges in the UAE property market for property owners and also the living expenses that include rent for end-user tenants.

The UAE home-grown startup supports the recent overhaul by the Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) towards the service chargers to boost the Dubai property market.

Sam Issa, the co-founder and managing director, Gain Online Community addressed the media and stated that “With a potential userbase of nearly 60,000 community members occupying around 28,500 offices, apartments, and villas, we are positive our new partnership with these 11 businesses providing home and commercial services will help end-users earn cashback they can use to pay their service charges.”
