The UK based law firm recently hired its partner Richard Wilkinson to join the real estate team of the firm in London

Osborne Clarke, the UK based law firm recently hired its partner Richard Wilkinson to join the real estate team of the firm in London, said the media. Wilkinson who has over 25 years of experience acting on the UK and pan European transactions was a partner at DLA Piper for the past 13 years. He is said to advise national and international clients on all aspects of their real estate requirements and brings a wealth of experience in investment, development, landlord and tenant, joint ventures, real estate finance and corporate structured real estate transactions.

Richard is a top-class technical and commercial lawyer with strong client relationships. His appointment will enhance our London team and help to build our international real estate profile to support our clients.”
