Budapest-based Wizz Air has established a new base in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The airline will operate in seven different nations from Sarajevo airport and will base one Airbus A320 aircraft. Wizz Air has embarked on its journey in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2012 when its first flight operated from Tuzla to Malmo.
The airline continues to boost its operations in the country by 50 percent as part of its expansion plan and remains the primary competitor.
The new Airbus- A320 will depart to these global airports: Paris Beauvais, Brussels Charleroi, London Luton, Dortmund, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Memmingen and Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg (Euroairport) and.
The airlines’ extensive network will bolster the ambitions of Bosnia and Herzegovina towards economic development as well as develop an airline network.
