Apple’s everyday earnings will blow your mind

The average yearly salary in the United States is USD 74,738, meaning Apple earns USD 387 more per second than the basic salary of the average American worker

According to recent research from the accounting software and financial technology business Tipalti, Apple earns an astounding USD 1,820 per second. This means Apple makes over USD 157 million every day.

Apple is the leader in the tech industry, followed by Microsoft, Google (Alphabet), and Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway, which earns more than USD 1,000 a second, adding up to over USD 100 million per day. Microsoft and Berkshire Hathaway are tied for second place, earning a combined USD 1,404 and USD 1,348 every second.

According to the research, “To put this into context, the average worker in the US is projected to earn USD 1.7 million in their lifetime, meaning the average American will earn less in their lifetime than every company on this list earns an hour.”

The average yearly salary in the United States is USD 74,738 (USD 1,433.33 per week), meaning Apple earns USD 387 (27.11%) more per second than the basic salary of the average American worker. The Cupertino-based tech giant Apple is one of the most recognizable brands across the globe and it is the second-most profitable firm in the world after Saudi Aramco. Most people know Apple for its most well-known product iPhone but yet many people are unaware that the company is also the largest watch manufacturer in the world.

On the other hand, Uber Technologies lost a staggering USD 6.8 billion in 2021 (USD 215 every second). Uber is the most popular ride-hailing service in the world, yet it is well-known that it has never made a profit.

The third-largest profit rise was recorded by online retailer Amazon, which made USD 9.74 billion more in 2021 than it did in 2020.
