Hazibian International Limited, a significant figure in Nigeria’s real estate and construction sector, has unveiled its latest venture, named Zibian Isles. This ambitious project is set to revolutionise the concept of sustainable living in Nigeria.
The revelation was made at the company’s recent gathering, which was centred around the theme “The Emerging Era of Sustainable Living in Nigeria.”
Situated in the picturesque city of Calabar, Cross River State, Zibian Isles strives to blend contemporary living with environmental sustainability.
The estate is planned with environmentally friendly technologies that put community well-being and energy efficiency first, and it will offer over 2,000 reasonably priced homes.
“We are creating a vision for a sustainable future and not just building homes. With more than a decade of experience, we are committed to developing a space where people can live in harmony with nature,” a representative of Hazibian International Limited stated.
The estate will be divided into three main areas: agricultural, commercial, and residential. In the Commercial District, which serves companies of all sizes, the goal is to stimulate economic growth, while
the Residential District will offer cosy, reasonably priced housing surrounded by green space.
The Agricultural Spaces will support local jobs and education while also giving residents access to fresh produce by encouraging sustainable farming. Renewable energy is given a lot of weight in this project.
Zibian Isles will use wind and solar power to power itself, greatly lowering its reliance on non-renewable energy sources. To further the project’s commitment to environmental preservation, an advanced waste management system will turn biodegradable waste into gas.
“Zibian Isles will be a beacon of eco-friendly living in Nigeria. We hope to set a new standard for real estate development in the country by harnessing renewable energy and focusing on sustainable practices,” the engineering team noted.
Zibian Isles is anticipated to improve Calabar’s tourism and leisure sectors in addition to its residential and commercial advantages.
The estate will incorporate community areas, parks, and walking trails so that locals and guests can appreciate the area’s natural beauty.
